You do not have to pay a cancellation fee if you cancel 24 hours before the appointment. A cancellation fee of 30% will apply if the job is canceled within 24 hours.

That's not right! Keeping your house keys in the care of our cleaners will allow you to get on with your daily routine. It's fine if you wish to remain in the property whilst our cleaners clean, however in keeping with current covid-19 guidelines, we request that you wear a face covering and remain in a designated area until our cleaners are ready to clean your chosen room.

Absolutely not! Our cleaners do not agree to sign a contract, you simply pay for the time they spend on your property.

An initial telephone interview is conducted. The candidate who is a good fit for the position will be invited for an extensive interview during which we will ask for proof of identification, address and references.
